Of course, every people having played the first game that was released 5 years ago will know what Beyond Good & Evil is about, and for those who don't, we have a review of the game by Doc_Brown available.

The newly formed Polish developer Gingerbread Studios announced  with a whole lot of the usual superlatives (you know, "visceral", "tense", "enthralling", "masterly" and other "tactical stealth" -- if only developers and publishers could realize that there is no point in using words that have been used several thousands times before; just cut the speech and deliver the goods, period) their upcoming first title named The Protector. This will apparently be a first/third person shooter -- or so they say. They also released a bunch of screens as a demonstration of what this can be all about.

Remember these times where all you had to do was to eat and not be eaten? Probably not although nothing has changed since the very beginning of the big life game, social concerns just made things more complicated. In anticipation of the release in early June of their "creatures editor", the folks from Maxis released a new video and some screens showing the first gameplay phase of their upcoming life simulation title Spore, the "cell phase".

So here you go lucky dogs, publisher Ubisoft ported to Valve Steam another series of their games in the rank of them one may find Beyond Good & Evil, Brothers In Arms - Road to Hill 30, both Blazing Angels games, Rainbow Six: Lockdown, Pacific Fighters or Cold Fear. Note that if you want to find these games on Steam and that you're not in North America, you will find squat. In fact, you'll not even find Ubisoft as being a publisher on Steam. Despite (or most probably because) the fact that Ubisoft is a European publisher (France based), the guys exhibit no urge to extend the Steam goodness to the rest of the world. Their relation to Steam officially began in early April and yet... you still have to find any of their games on Steam "overseas".

The Rogue Wolf, just introduced us to its latest movie production and it's a damn fine one. This "gaming music video" as he calls it himself is titled Edge Of The World and combine World Of Warcraft for the game engine and the music The Edge Of Soul from a game that was released on the Playstation called Soul Blade (hence the title of this video we can easily guess).

The whole movie was produced in a week so Kudos to him for that. Click on the "Read more" button below and just relax.

Bobdog offers us a tour of the latest installment of the Medal Of Honor Series, namely Medal Of Honor - Airborne. The game is following the MOH series tradition, taking place during world war II, and this time puts the player in the boots of a US paratrooper for a series of missions based on historical events (Sicily, Normandy, Holland...).

Ubisoft released a few days ago a pre-Ubidays video introduction of their upcoming title Far Cry 2. Sadly we couldn't display the video back then for a matter of "exclusivity". Today Ubisoft decided that the exclusivity thing was enough and decided to release the video worldwide. It's till a promo video but at least it comes with advantage to deliver a tiny bit more information than what was available until then, plus it comes with gameplay footage.
